Cancellation Policy

Cancellations Initiated by You (the Customer):

The booking amount is non-refundable, as it covers advance payments for transportation, accommodations, and other non-recoverable costs.

Cancellations Initiated by Us (the Organizer):

You will receive a 100% refund of the total package amount.

Cancellations Due to Government Restrictions or Natural Causes:

In such unavoidable circumstances, you can choose one of the following options:

• Shift to another scheduled departure on the same weekend.
• Reschedule to a later date.
• Receive 100% of the booking amount as a credit note, valid for 2 years for any fixed departure.
